Expert Boiler Call-out Service

Service Description

We charge £95.00 for a call-out, which helps keep appointments organised and covers travel costs plus approximately 20 minutes in your property for initial diagnostic assessment. This includes simple fixes like topping up pressure or resetting a boiler. If we require more time to identify and fix a problem, our standard hourly rate of £150.00 in hour will be charged in addition to the call-out fee. Important: Call-out charges don't apply for planned maintenance work such as annual boiler services, scheduled repairs, or installation work.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
