If we require more time to identify and fix a problem, our standard hourly rate of £150 in hour will be charged in addition to the call-out fee. Simple repairs, such as replacing a PCB, pump, expansion vessel, or pressure sensor, typically take around an hour to complete. More complex repairs involving heat exchangers or multiple components may require 2-3 hours or occasionally a return visit if specialty parts need ordering. How soon can I get the right part?We offer four options to ensure customers get the right part as quickly as possible: 1. On-the-Spot Fix: If our technician has the part in the service van (which covers about 70% of common repairs), we can supply and fit it immediately. 2. Same-Day Supply: We can source the part from local heating and plumbing merchants the same day (subject to availability). A courier delivery charge may apply. 3. Next-Day Supply: We can order the part for next-day delivery or collection from local merchants at no extra cost (subject to availability). 4. Online Ordering: For specialised or less common parts, we can order from online suppliers, with delivery typically taking couple of working days. Do You Offer Emergency Services?We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and do not offer emergency services. Many urgent situations can be resolved by simply turning off your gas or water supply. If you smell gas: Do not delay—call the Gas Emergency Service immediately at 0800 111 999. For non-emergency issues, feel free to contact us, and we’ll schedule an appointment at the earliest convenience.
